shipping & returns

All items are handmade, made to order and shipped from Belgium. 

When you buy a product you have two options for delivery:
- you can pick up the product yourself at our atelier in Ghent
- you can have it delivered by our delivering service for an extra fee

All our products are shipped from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method with Bpost. All shipments are at buyers cost. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

Our furniture pieces take 3-5 weeks to produce and deliver.
Our coasters and trays are made in 5-7 working days before being shipped.Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 2-3 business days.

This could take longer if you ordered several things or placed your order during a busy time.

Right of withdrawal/ consideration
Pursuant to the Act of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection, you may revoke your online order within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product and the packaging are no longer in an original, complete, undamaged and unused state.

If you do not return the delivered products to STUDIO MATRIX after this term ends, the purchase shall be effective.

Prior to returning the goods to the shop, you must notify STUDIO MATRIX in writing, within 7 business days after the delivery of said goods. The products must be returned in the original packaging (including all the accessories and documents) and as new. If you have used the products or they were damaged in any way, the right of withdrawal as stipulated in this provision shall lapse. With regard to what is stipulated in the previous sentence, STUDIO MATRIX shall ensure that the full purchase price, will be reimbursed to you within 30 days after receipt of the product.

The charges for returning the product are at the buyer's expense.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

The right to cancel does not exist for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
